Very poor service and poor communication. They communicate and dont do it. Please dont believe on their words.

I highly recomment you NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!! They said I had to ship a minimum of 2,100 lbs to get my items from Perryopolis to the San Francisco area. They told me I had met or exceeded that weight based upon the items I showed them I was shipping, They were then caught off guard when I asked to have a weigh-in at their warehouse. My weight was only about 1,200 so I could have shipped almost twice as much for basically the same price. I live 3,000 miles away and was in bed after leg surgery when they finally decided they would be picking up the load. I had very little advance notice. Because of the distance and my physical condition I could not be at the Perryopolis home personally to watch the co. load my items. I did provide a very detailed map/description of the few items I was shipping. They forgot an item from one room and took an incorrect item from a completely different room. After many phone calls and emails bottom line the only "service" they would provide was to charge me $2,600 to ship the one small chest to CA. Terrible service, sloppy work, poor estimating.......and no concern for their customers. It remains a very troubling experience!!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. While the movers were very prompt, courteous, and efficient they damaged my 60" flat screen television that was only 7 months old. I purchased the extra insurance protection and now nobody will assist me in getting my claim settled. They won't even call me despite 5 weeks of emails and telephone calls.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They damaged and lost several of my items and did not offer to pay for them other than the minimum amount of liability. They essentially told me they do not believe that items are lost despite my producing a receipt and filing a police report. They are awful. Avoid using them at all costs.

They did a good job from start to finish. I was very pleased. I tip the pizza man, and I tip many other services. So I figured the guys getting less than 11 bucks and hour to move 22,000 pounds of furniture should get a fair tip for there back breaking slave labor. I made sure to tip each of them personally so no one man could steal the tip. I gave them each 100 dollars. I'm very rich so it didn't even dent my petty cash in my pocket. I would recomend them to anyone. Nothing was damaged and they worked very safely .

After having our kitchen cabinets delivered, VB moved us within Greensburg. On time, as quoted, no damage.

I was quite stressed having to get all of my stuff (way too much) from Franklin Park (Pittsburgh) all the way to Otis Orchards, WA, just outside of Spokane. I had gotten a couple of estimates online but when I called Vesely Brothers, they told me that the only way they could give me an accurate estimate was to come and see my belongings. When the gentleman arrived, I was amazed at how thorough he was. He looked in cabinets and closets. When he gave me the estimated cost, it was higher than the estimates I got online. I asked him about it and he explained that he had estimated my weight to be 7,416 pounds and advised me to check the internet estimates. They were quoting me a range of 1,400 to 3,100 pounds. I started digging around about these companies and they had complaints all over the place. Whew, I almost went with the worst one! Anyway, the whole move went great! The movers were kind and took good care of my things. They gave me copies of the tickets to weigh my shipment. It's actual weight was 7,220 pounds, although I had to do the math myself. My total was actually less than the estimate! The only damage was a very small scratch on a table leg, they offered to send me a claim form, but I don't think it's worth it. I couldn't be more happy with my move.

This is just a short note to fill you in on a recent move which your company handled for us. Please be advised that your folks worked "with us and for us" They were very accomodating, very professional, and very hard working. Please know that we would recommend you and your company to any of our best friends, should anyone ask for a GOOD moving company. Thanks for sending a great team!

Awesome service from start to finish! Showed up when promised, no damage, bill was as quoted.
