I have been dealing with the Social Security office in Belle Vernon, PA for over 4 years. I have NEVER received better customer service from a government agency! Their employees are very professional, polite and ready to help. They take the time to explain, in detail, the information you need to make your decisions. I have probably had 5 conversations with them over the past years and every single time I hung up the phone very impressed! From a 27 year federal employee, thank you for your outstanding service.
