Company stole two boxes of my flooring (that I paid for) and when I requested it back the contractor pretended not to understand/speak English. They loaded their truck with all their equipment on top of the floors and another crew member said he would bring the flooring back when he returned to complete the job. That never happened! Second issue, they did not complete the job and started avoiding phone calls from me and my wife. When I told them I would report them, they said that the guys were installers and not returning their calls. Also said they would give me the number to the installers and I could take the issue up with them. BEWARE!!!!! Make sure you have all your materials and the job is complete before letting them leave or issuing full payment. The representatives do not take responsibility for the third parties that they contract to do their jobs.
