Took my vehicle there after epicly failing to replace my front control arms. I was upset untill I walked in the door. The owner was very friendly and personal and made me feel better about the situation. Not only that they fixed my car right up and I was back on the road. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a shop thats not about ripping you off while getting the job done at the same time.

I saved $400 vs what the dealer wanted to charge. Work was performed within the time guidelines they stated. I am a repeat customer and recommend them to many of my friends

Bill's suburban found a parasitic drain (constant drain) on my 1999 Ford E-150 van that Shores Auto Care and the dealer couldn't be bothered or didn't know how to find.



They also found that the alternator wasn't putting out enough amps after the dealer tried to get me for $500 for a new one.



They have my business.

They also determined that the alternator was bad that Shores Auto Care missed and the dealer was trying to get me for over $500 to replace. Although answering the phone and contacting customers needs to be improved, they have my business.

Or maybe not. On one vehicle I went through 3 "re-manufactured" starters with a year. On a different vehicle (prior to the starter problem) I went through 2 alternators within 6 months. They obviously don't re-manufacture these parts entirely and reuse components that should be replaced.
