Great place to purchase a vehicle at. My husband and I purchased ours this last summer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not pushy or in your face.

I took in my Rio for a diagnostic. I had parked my car and when I went to start it back up it turned over but wouldn't start. After checking a number of common problems it could be we towed my car to Roseville Kia. I called in to see what was going on with my car after not hearing anything from them. I spoke with Conner who was very pleasant and polite. He told me that after a "thorough" inspection of my car (they took the cover off and removed parts supposedly) my timing belt was nowhere to be found, and that because of the type of motor I have it is 100% impossible I did not have valve damage and needed to completely replace my motor before telling me they could replace it for $3,500. I had my car towed home as I was trying to figure out if my car was worth even fixing. I had a mechanic come to my house to double check that my motor was beyond repair, and lo and behold when he took my cover off, the timing belt was still there, intact. The problem was simply my timing belt was missing a few teeth. 3 hours and $300 later my car is running perfectly fine without having replaced anything more than the timing belt.



After spending money on a rental car for 2 weeks, a diagnostic that was never performed and countless hours stressing on my next move, my car could have been fixed if Roseville Kia had not lied to me and wasted my time.
