I just started Prime Time Boxing in Roseville roughly 3 months ago, and I love it! I have been thru pretty much EVERY gym/sport out there, and nothing compares to this. Take it from probably the biggest workout fanatic! The beautiful thing about Prime Time is that it doesn't matter whether you're in great shape, or if you haven't worked out for years. About 3 years ago I was in a car accident and became stuck with back problems. In just a few months, it feels a lot better. Kudos to the wonderful staff who are all so motivating! Thanks guys!
