The best store in Roseville. The best customer servicre. Thy are off the charts helpful and nice. The have the vest selection of Shoes and makeup.

What is not to love about Nordstrom. This trip was for a birthday gift and cute baby shoes! They had both and I was able to find them extremely quickly.

I love Nordstroms! The service and quality of products they carry supersedes almost all other big stores. However, I went to buy shoes (first walking shoes) for my baby girl, and I was not overjoyed with the options. They had 2 choices for me, and both were not appropriate for the season. Then again, it was still the best service and the best selection I found.

Love their cosmetics department! Everyone is always so helpful. I never feel pushed into a product. Absolutely love the Bobbi Brown counter. I also get my nails done at their nail bar! Best gel application I have ever had.

They are a bit pricey. Service is great! I prefer their makeup department, especially Clinique, over others in the same mall.

I love the selection of brands available at Nordstrom's. I also appreciate the level of service available from staff members. Their prices are far from cheap because of the quality of their merchandise, so when I shop at Nordstrom's, I always remind myself "you get what you pay for."

The customer service at Nordstrom is excellent! Very helpful sales people. I wish they had more inventory, the one at Arden is much bigger. And I wish there was a restaurant, too. The food is usually really good!

Great service. I had a pair Eccos with a cracked sole that I purchased in Utah a year earlier and they gave a full refund. I really just wanted another pair and I ended up getting two pairs of shoes and cash back.

Very big store I like the kids shoes there and women's make up, Chanel and shoes oh yes shoes. I love shoes not very expensive but they have plenty of them here.

Nordstrom has the best return policy ever! I recently returned some unworn shoes from two years ago and they took them back no questions asked. The employees are always very friendly and willing to order any shoes not in stock.
