Unprofessional

I called him to request an estimate. He showed up gave me the estimate and wanted me to pay in advance. I said I wanted to think about it and get back to him - he was very unprofessional telling me thanks for wasting my time and started to mutter something about the yellow pages and the IRS. And he then proceeded to burn out in front of my house in his truck. Bizarre.
