My name is Lovina Robinson. I have always enjoyed helping others. I spent 17 years in the classroom as a public school teacher and I felt fulfilled until I was led to my life’s purpose to become a light worker. I discovered Reiki and Hypnotherapy, and knew I had found two very powerful and magical healing modalities that would later be used to help my clients experience healing on all levels of their being. This led to my studies and ultimately my certification in both areas. I am a Certified Usui Reiki Ryoho Shinpiden Level III Master and Teacher. In addition, I completed hypnotherapy training at the California Institute of the Healing Arts and Sciences in Sacramento CA., and received Certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. The two systems I use are known as Hypno-Reiki, a beautiful combination of two very powerful healing therapies that blend together for a maximum effect. I combine my Hypno-Reiki sessions with crystal healing and sound therapy with Tibetan crystal singing bowls for even more healing effects during sessions. Both Reiki and Hypnotherapy are proven to be very effective in producing healing on all levels of one’s being. This includes physical, emotional, spiritual and mental levels. So, when both methods are used together the healing potential that can be achieved with a Hypno-Reiki treatment is much better than that of a Hypnotherapy or Reiki treatment alone. *Hypnotherapy: This is a therapeutic technique in which hypnothrapists make suggestions to individuals who have undergone a hypnotic trance designed to relax them and focus their minds. This therapy is commonly used to treat physical and psychological conditions since it effectively relieves pain, anxiety and discomfort, producing feeling of profound relaxation. It is very effective for the elimination of smoking addictions and other addictions as well. *Reiki Therapy: It is a “hands-on” healing technique that originated in Japan by Dr.Mikao Usui, which uses the universal life force energy, chi or Ki, that flows through the practitioner’s body through the hands and then to the clients’ being. This spiritually guided life force energy enhances the body’s natural healing ability during the flow of chi and the focus of energy through the natural energy centers or chakras. This therapy brings about healing by correcting energy blockades and imbalances in the body. *Crystal Bowl Therapy: This mode of therapy helps to balance the chakra system and re-energize the auric field. Healing is thus made possible on all levels. Crystal singing bowls are made of clear quartz crystal. The energy of clear quartz is clearing and energizing. Clear quartz heals by clearing out blocked energy that is stuck in a person’s energetic structure. Quartz “loosens” up stagnant energy so that it can rejoin the energy flow. Clear quartz also energizes. It is a conduit, similar to copper. It provides a strong and clear channel for energy to come in and leave a person’s energetic structure. Because crystal singing bowls are made of quartz crystal, they have the same healing abilities as quartz. *Crystal Therapy or laying on of stones: Crystals or chakra stones are placed on the 7 chakras to assist with the balancing of the chakras during a Hypno-Reiki session. Chakra stones are healing crystals that have a specific vibration and color. All of the chakras have specific colors that can be used to heal them, along with specific sound vibrations such as with crystal singing bowls. Although we normally speak of only seven chakras, the human energy field is made up of thousands of minor chakras in addition to the major seven. Although most stones of a specific color will be the stone for healing a particular chakra, some stones may be used to heal more than one chakra.
