I took my sister's clock in to be repaired! Excellent service! !! He was able to keep the original hand and second hand as requested!

I took a 100+ year old Seth Thomas 7-day mantle clock which has been in my family since new, in for repair. The clock ran and kept time, but would occasionally stop and skip chiming correctly. After 30 days without a call, I contacted Mr. Houng who stated he had not looked at the clock. One hour later he called me saying it required a $500.00 to $700.00 complete overhaul. I took the clock to the Clock Shop in Sacramento. Mike immediately saw the two hands were interfering with each other, fixed that, made one slight adjustment, and would not allow me to compensate him for his time, work, or kindness. I will never return to KLe Time, nor do I recommend anyone else go there for any reason. The clock now runs flawlessly!

Took in a clock from my childhood that I wanted converted from plug to battery power so I could share it with my daughter. The owner was very friendly, gave me a fair estimate for the work and a week's timeframe. It was ready right on time, and he had even replaced the old tarnished pendulum at no charge. I recommend this business for your clock and watch repair needs.

I purchased a very expensive Black Forest cuckoo clock import from Germany for my wife for Christmas that quit playing the music after two weeks. We searched for several repair shops in the Sacramento and El Dorado areas that could fix it, in lieu of sending it back to Germany to get repaired. We called the Le's and they said to bring it in and he could fix it. It took one week for him to fix the clock and it works perfect, keeps perfect time and the music works perfect. Very professional service and called us right away with a cost to do the repairs and promptly repaired as promised, considering a very well known clock repair shop in Auburn told us it would take them five months before they could even look at it. Very pleased with our decision to choose KLE Clock in Roseville, CA.

I was given a bid over the phone of $100 to repair my wall clock. They want to charge me $1,000!!! I don't know what to do. I am so shocked.

The Le's are honest people and they are hardworking experts. I own both clocks and watches they've repaired and I am completely satisfied. When you need expert clock or watch repair, I recommend their shop without hesitation.
