I saw another review who said they were "unable to answer questions, defering calls to the owner/operator, who never called back." This is far from the case for me.



The office staff is knowlegable, but if they don't know the answer to, I am able to talk to the owner/operator on the spot, or I get a call back the same day.



We've only been there once, but this is not Bright Start's fault, as things were complicated by my insurance. Also, my son loves the toys there & his therapist is very helpful in getting him to participate.
