After purchasing a new tire one week ago today I was stranded on the side of the road with a tire that seemed to fall apart. After spending $145.00 on ONE tire I was very disappointed that my safety was put in danger by the staff of this business. I took the tire to the business thinking they would replace the poor quality one that they had installed on my vehicle one week prior and I was astounded when the staff member told me it was MY fault for not putting air in the tire and that they were not responsible. I would think that putting air in a tire would be mandatory upon installation and before allowing me to drive my vehicle off the property???? Not only was my life put in danger but the receipt I received the day I purchased the tire clearly states 15 day guaranteed. DONT make the same mistake that I did. This place has poor customer service, high prices, and clearly does not care about the safety of their customers.
