Very dissatisfied with the service I received, ordered a headstone for my mother was promised the headstone would be ready in 2 months paid half the cost upfront, called repeatedly to inquire about the headstone never would answer or return calls had to go to the funeral home and once his secretary call him on the office phone he answered quickly when she gave the phone to me he had a 101 excuses non acceptable, when all is said and done it took me six months to get a headstone that was promised to be ready in 2 months
