This Chili's is horrible. The servers are incompetent and can't get even basic orders correct. The managers don't supervise or train employees on the importance of double checking orders to get them right. The food preparation is also poor and the quality of food served is very mediocre. I contacted corporate to offer them a chance to correct the situation and received a canned response illustrating that the lack of concern for the customers starts at the top and continues down to the store level. There are a lot of other restaurants to choose from. Try some place else or you will likely be as disappointed as we were.

Good Polite Waitress

I went to this location on a break from work I had a bad day and this waitress gave me such a wonderful service I was very impressed with her. The food was good as well.
