I am a dentist with 14 years of experience. I had some filling done by Dr. Ranvek. Absolutely painless and totally professional. A great experience! Highly recommended.

visited Rosemount Dental a few months ago, it was my first appt in years. Like most people i was fearful of the dentist and hoping to have a good experience that wouldn't scare me away. The Dental assistant's boyfriend happened to be in for an appointment so she became very distracted and kept leaving to go talk to him, with complete disregard to my time, and not kind of professionalism, i became irritated with the fact that i was treated as if i was not an important patient, even with it being my first time at this office. After the dental assistant had finished we were waiting for the actual doctor to come in to talk with me, after 45 mins of waiting he finally came in, he had forgotten about me. This was without a doubt the absolute worst experience, not only in a dentist office setting, but also in a customer service setting. Terrible, terrible i do not recommend this office to anyone.
