I'd been going to Impress Nails for several years; when it was located near Cubs. The last two or so yrs. I went there, I started to realize some VERY disrespectful behavior from the owner. There were times when I would watch the TV & not always pay attention to the person (owner) doing my nails. Pretty soon I started to notice that he was holding his hand out to me, but I didn't seem to understand what he wanted from me. Then started the looks he would give me when this would happen: looking back & forth to his employees & at times he would roll his eyes & glance around as if looking for acknowledgement as to how inept I was. I decided I didn't deserve that treatment after many incidents & have never been back!

I had the worst nail service at this salon. My pedicure was rushed and my toes ended up looking sloppy. Their gel manicure also started to chip after 2 days when it should have lasted me 2 to 3 weeks. The gel manicure costs more because it's suppose to last longer, unfortunately, this was not the case here. I'm never coming back and I warn other not to go to this salon as well.

they really know what' they doing. they keep their shop clean and they do sanitize their spa pools.

they made my nails beautyful. they had good staff. it's clean too.
