Our home was water damaged from our old water heater, and they came out right away. They worked with our insurance and left our home better than expected and better than before...Amazing! Thank you so much!!!

Came home from work one day and my cat peed on a very valuable rug. The cane over on an emergency notice and made it like new again. Second time u used them my water heater exploded and the fixed the flood danage. I'd use them anytime anywhere.

Hadn't had my carpets cleaned for at least a year and seriously considered replacing the whole lot but who wants to spend thousands, so I talked to some buddies and was given the name of Hawkins. They proceeded to take out paint, puke and pop stains with a quickness. They had the newest equipment, gave me an upfront quote and basically had the carpet cleaned and dry by the time they left. I am no expert but it was a damn good job!

Hawkins Services did an exceptional job in taking care of my carpet needs. Not only was service fantastic, price was right. I would recommend this company highly.

Hawkins Services had the best customer service of any cleaning service I have used. I highly recommend this company. They have top of the line service and work to go along with it . I was so satisfied that I will be calling them back to do my upholstrey soon.

Picking a carpet cleaning service is like picking a dentist or doctor. You don't really know until you've been or someone else says they are good. My friend recommended Hawkins to me, This company was excellent. Very professional and thorough. They went above and beyond with the detail work. I recommended to my relatives and they raved as well.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I try to support local family owned businesses when possible, but this was a huge mistake.

1. Showed up late for the appointment

2. I left the house to get out of their way, to let them get the quoted cleaning done. The cleaner told me he would call when the work was complete. He never called.

3. Came home the cleaner was on his hands and knees vacuuming my rug and proceeded to yell at me for puchasing this particular style of rug. On top of that he went on to yell at me about the fabric my couch is upholstered in and that cleaning it would turn it to mud. After that he angrily waived his vacuum hose at me and told me it was able to "suck my eyeballs out". I wish this was made up but it isnt. I am a middle aged woman and was scared to have this man in my home at that point.

4. When paying the invoice I asked about the 10% discount quoted earlier for using the yellow pages and was told that I would not receive the discount. At that point the man went on to ask if I was going to stiff him on the bill.



The whole ordeal was un-nerving. I would be afraid to have anyone from this business in my home again. Look elsewhere, anywhere else, for cleaning services.
