constant service interruptions blamed on me

I've had charter for over 5 years. For the last YEAR our imternet service has cut in and out. Charter has been called at least 7 times, the last time they tried blaming my wireless router. I would buy that but my hard wired computers have the same problem. The service drops for the 5 seconds to a min or more. I've given up calling them because I get so mad. They have credited our account several times, but nothing major. We're stuck w them because they're the only ones that offer the speed of Internet service my husband needs for his job. Their email service stinks too.

I've been with Charter for 10 years and recently started having internet connection problems. The cable modem keeps going offline. It's been doing this for about a month now. The cable modem has been replaced twice and they checked all the coax cables. The only time I have to work on this problem is during the weekends. Their weekend support is terrible. They won't take ownership of the problem and it looks like my only option is to go with another provider because they can't fix this problem.
