Best steak in Chicago! We never miss a chance to eat a fantastic meal at Gibson's when we are in Chicago. Service is next level and if you can, totally save room for dessert- the mountainous chocolate cake is dream worthy!

You don't get beef any better than this! My server Phil recommended one of the bone-in steaks. So my wife and I got the large bone-in sirloin to split. It came out a perfect medium and sliced. We also had a1/2 order of sauteed spinach which was plenty with the steak since we were saving room for the Turtle Pie. We had the dessert before downtown with our kids and couldn't wait for a return trip. We didn't feel like driving all the way downtown this time. All in all a great time. BTW James the bartender makes an awesome Cosmo thanks James!

I have been there twice. The food is just ok. However, BOTH times the table was dirty with leftover crumbs from previous patrons. If they cannot clean a table, it makes me wonder what else is NOT getting cleaned.
