Provided by YPmobileI spoke with a young man named Timothy and he was amazing. My son was trapped in OHare and needed a place to stay very late at night. He was more than accommodating and helped me in every way I needed including calling me to set up a wake up call. I strongly recommend this hotel and wish other hotels would find people as service oriented as this young man.
