I must say I had a very pleasant experience here. The store is clean, unlike many other locations I've been in. Very easy to shop and the staff is very friendly! The previous review shocked me, because I had my 3 year old daughter's ears pierced here and was very pleased with the outcome :) We will be back for sure!!!

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Pierced my two year olds ears (after waiting in line a half hour). Did them at the same time, my daughter was completely still while they marked her ears, and then pierced them, but one of the girls piercing gun got stuck and as she tried to get it loose she tore my 2 year olds earring out. With my child bleedind and screaming, I was told that I had to pay for the earrings anyway, but I was welcome to come back in a few days to have my daughter's ear repierced. Are you kidding me?
