Big outfit that sells used copiers to dealers. May be ok in other areas, but their Chicago Operation sucks. U can't get them to return your calls, they ignore your emails. They promise to get back to you and don't. After struggling for nearly 3 weeks, we still don't have our order.



I blame it on poor management. When U call Florida to complain about this "Eddie-C" guy they have in Chicago.... several people there volunteered that they FREQUENTLY HAVE COMPLAINTS that this person (Eddie-C) [sounds like a Chicago guy] won't return calls; won't keep his promises about getting product out, and is generally unreliable.



My take is: if he is known to be unreliable, then management should help him try to make the grade, or get rid of him, before he loses more business for Imcopex.



3 weeks now and we still don't have our product, so I can't comment if their product descriptions are accurate or not. Certainly their service is pathetic, as far as this Eddie-C person.
