Provided by YPmobileHorrible! Took my daughters blood in wrong tubes and when I took her back to get stuck for the second time... They said she needed her insurance card again and since she didn't because we figured it was on record from 5 days prior.. They refused to take her. Mistake wasn't fixed. Called her pediatrician back and he sent us to Quest! They took us right away!
