I called Monday February 20th to make an appointment to have my bike serviced.it had a starting issue ,and some wheel bearing noise in the front. We set up n appointment for Thursday Feb 23rd.I called for a status update around lunch time on Friday.I was then told that " we're pretty busy ,and might get to it today or tomorrow .So Saturday i stop in to the shop around 11am. I was then told that "we still have not looked at the bike and it would be Wednesday most likely" 3 hours later i got a call telling me "we looked at the bike and it did need wheel bearings,and hopefully we will get the primary torn apart to look at the starting issue today" Tuesday morning i call to find out a current status ,and I was told "they think it is the compensator so we will try to get this approved through your warranty company" Thursday i call to find out the status again , i was told possibly Friday to be completed,and they performed the "brake switch recall". I was called back around 4:45pm to tell me it was completed .After paying my bill ($50.00)per extended warranty, I left the dealership ,noticing the brakes didn't feel right,(the rear brake lever had 3-4 inches of travel) I proceeded to bleed my own brakes ,and it was not done at the dealer because the bleeder cover had never been off,and it was still dirty.I Called this morning to find out the cost of bleeding the rear brakes only. I was told around $42.50 .I then told them who i was and what my problem was .They wanted me to bring it back and have them bleed it . After telling them I already did , I asked what they think they should do about this .The answer i got was "i don't know what you want". I want a quality service in a timely fashion ,done correctly ! If i was to make an appointment for a customer ,then tell them we are busy ,complete a 4-5 hr job in 7 days incorrectly , I would be fired ! I am completely unsatisfied with my service and will never return . I will also never buy another product from them again !
