I feel pretty blessed to move to Roseburg and find a great repair shop. I lucked into O'Brien's Truck-N-Auto four years ago. Their pricing is unbelievably low for the exceptional quality of work, the incredible attention to detail and legendary service! The O'Brien family always has a smile and Kevin explains what must be done and what can wait a bit! He even shows you exactly what was wrong (with the old parts as visual aids!) They stick to their word on what it'll cost too. Folks like O'Brien's are rare. I can honestly say I don't hesitate to let everyone I know what great work they do and what genuinely great people they are! I actually keep their cards in my wallet to help folks in need of repairs! Try 'em once and you will never ever go any where else for your car repairs again! Thanks so much guys for everything!

I have brought my car to Kevin O'Brien and O'Brien's Truck-N-Auto (80 Kester Rd.) twice. I'm new to the area and was having a problem with my car -- it seemed to be leaking oil. I had no idea who to bring my car to. I asked my dad to search around on the Internet and he came up with the name O'Briens. I dialed the number he gave me on a Saturday (maybe it was Sunday) and figured no one would pick up. Surely enough, Kevin answered and said to bring it in the next day. He thoroughly examined my car and gave me a quart or two of free oil FREE OF CHARGE. He communicated very clearly what issues my car may be having and made me feel more involved in deciding what needed to be done. He ultimately pinpointed the problem and he swiftly fixed it. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would recommend Kevin to anyone.
