Henderson Furnace & Chimney Cleaning

I have used Henderson for cleaning my flue for years & I have never had any problems until this last year. Prior to this winter I had them out to clean my chimney so it would be ready for winter. Started burning the stove in the middle of October & some days I just let it go out since it wasn't a bad winter. Then January 12, 2015 I noticed black creosote coming from the chimney clean out so thought it would a good idea to have them out again just in case. I have never had to have them out more than once, EVER but they came out on the 12th & "cleaned" it out again or so I thought. Well, 18 days later around midnight on January 31, 2015 I was calling 911 while I was standing in my lower drive way with a hose trying to put out a flue fire. Luckily there was no damage other than the disgusting smell all through my house. When the firemen opened the chimney clean out, it looked as though the chimney had not been cleaned in years. Remember, this was after it was cleaned in late summer 2014 & I did not begin using the woodstove until late October 2014. Then January 12, 2015 Hendersen was called out again & 18 days later I had a flue fire.As I stated, I have used this company for years & I have NEVER had single problem like this. I am very disappointed & I wonder where the quality of work & pride in doing a good job has gone. This could have had a very different outcome but thankfully I was still awake I noticed the orange glow............
