I called to leave a voicemail after business hours to receive information the next business day. I was cursed at profoundly and hung up on. They clearly have no respect for potential customers!!!

If you can imagine having your trailer all loaded up and ready to drive 450 miles back home and then your van won't start! This happened to me while at Able Storage! On a day that the office was closed. The automatic gate would not open from the inside so I was trapped. Now what? I called the emergency number on the office door. The short story is that June, the manager happened to be inside and came to my rescue in a big way. She went out of her way to help me and made that bad situation a lot easier to deal with. Thank you so much.
