This is not a review, just an experience we had. Recently we decided to look into toy haulers. We did not see any signs stating we could not drive in the sales lot and thought the very large open gate implied we could, as we can at other sales centers.

We were on the lot for a while looking at the toy haulers. As we got back in our car and started to drive, a golf cart with an employee drove up and stated we could not drive in the sales lot. We saw he had a name tag, Rick L., and asked if he had any other toy haulers on the lot. Rick said there were many other new and used. We asked if Rick could meet us in the front with his golf cart and show us these other toy haulers. Rick said we needed to drive off the sales lot, park in front, and then go inside to speak with a sales person. At this point we assumed Rick was a maintenance worker or something other than a sales person.

We did as we were told and parked in front, walked in, and asked to be shown the other toy haulers. We spoke with Al S. and another at the front desk. Al asked how long we had, I said 10 - 15 minutes to which the unidentified woman at the front desk said "oh Jesus". My wife made eye contact with the woman who then seemed to realize her statement was verbal and not just a thought.

Al took us out to the four toy haulers we already saw then received a phone call advising him a client was there to see him. We asked Al if there were any other toy haulers, he said no and that they were low on inventory as he looked at his watch. We advised Al that Rick said there were more. Al offered to look at the inventory sheets, since he had people waiting for him we declined.

As we walked back in the building we passed through the sales desk area and noticed Rick was sitting at one. We asked Al if Rick was a sales person, he said yes. We told Al that Rick was the one that told us to drive off the sales lot and that we asked for him to show us around. Rick was siting at his desk not doing anything.

Very happy with our purchase today of a destination trailer. Al and Josh made our shopping experience better than we could have hoped for. They seemed as excited as we were.
