Had a flat in my boss's tesla, came in 10 minutes after they had closed. As they were locking up I told them what was going on. They instantly had me pull around back and got me in and fixed within minutes. They told me I had run flats and that they were actually not supposed to fix them, but they did anyway. I really appreciate the fast reliable service!

brought in some tires that i had purchased to be mounted. Lets just say they the guy at the front desk was not helpful. He was on his cell phone b.s.ing politics. I waited around for 10 minitues before he got off his cell phone to help me. i told him what i needed he said it would be 15 min. untill he could do it. no problem. then i look out and see he has 3 empty stalls. so i asked him about it. He said his employees were on their smoke brake. I said "all of them at the same time?" he said you want your tires on or not? I said not and left. i will never go back.
