Now that the chaos of my flood is over and my life has returned to normal. I feel that a brief not of thanks is in order. It is not often in today's world that you come in contact with a firm that is comprised of knowing, expert and caring people. You should be proud to know that Restoration Experts is one. From my initial contact to the completion of my apartments restoration, your staff made a difficult situation seem easy. Thank you.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your fine team for the great job that was done on my basement. Your team was professional, thorough and efficient. Everything was done in a meticuloous and carefuld manner. The basement looks great and the personal effects and appliances were handled in an expert manner. Again, thanks for a great job and I would recommend your fine team to anyone.

This company is the height of unprofessionalism and incompetence. A contractor showed up over three hours late after stating he would be here between 9 am and 12 pm, virtually costing me my entire day. I was forced to call him trice at that! Though this contractor took a considerable amount of photos most unrelated to my bathroom floor issue he has yet to provide a written estimate or call since his walk through that was over a week ago! His last words to me were he didn't know how he would handle the job - not that he couldn't or not that his company doesn't handle such jobs. He said he'd have his estimate to me in a day or two. Completely unacceptable!!! ~MP

I had a fire in my home and called Restoration Experts. They responded immediately and boarded up my windows and doors. They negotiated with my insurance company and made all repairs to my home. My home looks better than ever! I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

My oil burner malfunctioned and I had black soot on my walls. I contacted Restoration Experts, they told me this is called a puffback. They cleaned my house from top to bottom and even painted a few rooms. My house was never cleaner. All of this was covered through my home owners insurance.

After a major flood I called this company and they arrived on time. Then they made my house livable again the same day. I don't know what I would have done without them. They were very courteous and professional.
