Totally hopeless on the phone. But I was willing to overlook because they said they would send someone out within 45 minutes. Waited 2 more hours, called back and they said they would page the plumber. After another hour I decided to call someone else. Eventually they showed up and seemed very annoyed I called someone else (person who showed up and person who “paged” the plumber sounded very similar.) Useless on the phone, useless time management, usesless service.

Looked through to find a plumber for a hotwater heater. These prices were much higher than everyone else we called. Tried to talk me into extra services. Settled on Ray the Plumber and they told me all I needed was a flush. BUYER BEWARE!!

I had two leaky faucets that were sending me crazy and driving my water bills up. My friend told me to call Miracle Plumbing and Heating. I called at 10:00 am and had a plumber at my home by 2:00pm. The price and work were great! I will definitely use Miracle Plumbing and Heating in the future.
