Perfect work great price. Great guy showed up on time very professional. I would highly recommend. I suspect the negatives are coming from a competitor. Maybe the one that said I needed to pay 5k for a new chimney. Lol 10 years old. Call John you won't be disappointed

Over all this company was excellent from beginning to end. I had about a 6 week job on two gas fireplaces. I had two caps made and installed on my chimneys. I had repair on one of two gas fireplaces that was approx. 6 years old at the time. I had John completely gut out and replace one of the two with a high end unit- a new gas fireplace and slate surround. They were always on time, clean professional caring, respectful inside of my home. covered all the wood floors, cleaned up daily, tarped the room they were working in, worked well with inspectors for town permits and i used american express. all in all the owner desiree was terrific by phone every day no matter what we had to schedule. the work stands today as it did three years ago. I would not hesitate to contact them and consider a contract like they gave me that covered all the issues one might have upfront. no hidden costs ever! they wanted to make sure i was happy and they did! I had few chimney guys come over but none of them were certified like Innovative chimney. I feel the others weren't qualified to work on my home. I am very happy with the excellent work they did as well. I would highly recommend them. Innovative chimney installed a new liner and performed some brick pointing and water proofing. The chimney looks great and is no longer leaking. Thank you Innovative chimney!
