This has got to absolutely be THE WORST supposedly professional transportation service I have ever dealt with. Was supposed to be picked up and driven to a medical appointment today between 145pm and 2pm at the latest. They NEVER called to advise of any problems with my oickup. NEVER showed up, either, longer story short. Consequently, I had to reschedule my appointment for another day since I wouldn't have made my appointment time even within the 15 minute grace period window at that point. If you want DEPENDABLE transportation, do NOT use Chime Services. Operating like this with no apparent regard or concern for professional customer service or meeting customer need in a timely manner, I don't see them in business long. Use them at your own risk.
