This is a poorly managed agency that treats their employees terrible. A lot of micro management by a very unstable woman. She has the owner convinced that she is a good leader. She fires people for any little thing she doesn't like. Then tells the owner over the phone that maybe she is just a little hard. Only a LMSW, limited scope to practice as a license social worker. Jealous of anyone who might have better credentials and quickly finds an excuse to fire. The yelling is so unprofessional. She has been given too much power and is out of control. Clients are made to take screenings as much as 5 times a week which many insurances don't pay. There are only two bathrooms which are usually very dirty. They do the screenings in these. The so called leader spends her day watching every body's notes and orders her lunches online. Then has somebody pick it up for her.
