Been a customer for over 30 years. Always pleased until purchase made this weekend. The manager on that day lied to my face. My table was to be in a box at pick up (this conversation lasted several minutes) and at pickup, the table was wrapped. Wanted my money back and was told I could get a store credit. A lot of good that would do, the store is closing. Manager lied about saying that but I know it to be a fact. I know salesmen will say anything for a sale but this was not the way Fricks has always done business....quess this is why they are CLOSING! Make you purchase somewhere else!
