We had such a terrible experience with this company! They kept delaying and delaying with no real good reason as to why. No one person was working with us so every time I called I had to fill THEM in on what was going on with our file. When we were signing the closing papers, they had the incorrect interest rate. They promised to go back and change and now 3 days later have not heard from them and nobody will return a call. We are going to cancel with them. Their customer service skills stink! They don't return phone calls and then give excuse, well we didn't know anything. Well you know what--you should at least call and say that! I had to initiate every call to them to find out what was going on.
