Cleaning house is not my forte. I avoid it like the plague and my house tends to show that. I found Maid Brigade first through their website and contacted them via their online estimate form. They actually called me back within one hour! That alone impressed me since I work in the hospitality industry and know how important it is to have good customer service. I received a very reasonable estimate for a bi-weekly cleaning and even was able to personally meet with a manager at my home to go over all the details. I could see from day one that Maid Brigade was going to be my longtime partner in house cleaning. They do such a stellar job at keeping my house in order.

I had reservations about using a cleaning service simply because of the cleaning supplies used. I have three small dogs that are a very much part of my family. One had become severely ill in the past due to an exposure to ammonia in a product we used to clean the floor. My friend referred me to Maid Brigade and suggested that I try them because of their green cleaning service. I owe my friend BIG TIME! First of all, the maid team was wonderful. They were polite, professional and very willing to accommodate my requests. When they were finished my house sparkled. The counters, blinds and floors have never looked so clean. This alone is an amazing feat since my three canine children shed extensively. Maid Brigade even sent a supervisor out to make sure the cleaning was to my satisfaction. This service is awesome and I now am sending my friend a Maid Brigade gift certificate as a thank you.

Wonderful maid service. We called Maid Brigade for our move out cleaning on our apartment. They did a great job and worked on the weekend. The rates were affordable and saved us a lot of time. We were able to move out of our old place without having to spend hours cleaning. The final walkthrough went wonderful. We got our complete deposit back. I'm trying to get him to let them come every two weeks now so we have more time together on the weekends.

I don't know what I'd do without my house cleaners from Maid Brigade. It's such a big relief to have the house clean at least once a week. I think it's the best investment we made in a while.

I'm a traveling nurse and new to the Palatine area. When I discovered that my contract didn't include cleaning services, I found the Maid Brigade. Am I ever glad I did. This company has such high standards for cleaning, and I especially appreciate that they use natural cleaners. Being in health care, I'm exposed to enough harsh chemicals daily and don't want more of it at home. Plus, I learned that the Maid Brigade has an A+ rating with the BBB, something that sealed the deal for me. I wish every city I went to had such wonderful house cleaners! Thanks a lot. After a long discussion with all our siblings, we decided on the Maid Brigade to clean my parent's home. From everything we've seen, they're really happy with the service and we're impressed that they use all natural cleaners. We've heard that some cleaning products can be irritating for the elderly, but this company is one of the few that's Green Clean Certified. Anything we can do to keep the folks healthier and happier at home works for us. Great company and service. Thanks!

I used these guys for a move out cleaning. The crew they sent was on time and they were very polite. They took out an insane amount of garbage and recycling to my dumpster, which isn't a short walk. They must have done at least 5 runs. They also swept and mopped, dusted, cleaned the bathroom, cleaned the kitchen, and even went above and beyond what services are normally offered and did a bunch of dishes for me.

Maid Brigade is QUALITY cleaning at its finest. It's great to be able to actually trust people to clean your place without worrying about something going missing. Their services are offered at a reasonable price and for what they offer you're getting a bargain for sure.

Spectacular job!!!! Seriously, they found dirt in places I would have never thought to even look. I highly recommend Maid Brigade!
