Have used Ken and Jim many times. On time and helpful. I have used other guys in the past and have not showed or been very late. These guys when a time is set show up and deliver!!

In response to Daniel P's. review, Rogue River Fire and Water would have been more than happy to fill his holding tank. However, he had called the night before and wanted water ASAP that day. Unfortunately, the best R&R Fire and Water could do was show up early the next morning. Upon arriving at Daniel P's house at the agreed time, he was unprepared for the water truck. He expected us to wait a few hours until he was ready. However, we had no interest in interrupting other customer's schedules for his. Therefore we couldn't complete the job. We are sorry that we couldn't satisfy Daniel's water needs.



We hope to continue happily serving our other costumers throughout the Rogue Valley like we have done in the past. Thank you.
