These folks are totally incompetent and couldn't pull off even a basic transfer. After talking with them three times, each time resulting in them saying they had to check something and would call me right back, they never got back to me. Due to their inability to follow through with something that basic, it delayed an NFA transfer about month. Returning a phone call and completing a simple form is not difficult and, yet, they failed to do just that. There is no way I'll buy from them or have an item transferred through them again. This household buys a lot of firearms and accessories, but they aren't going to see a dime from us.
