I stopped into this nail salon without an appointment on a weeknight. They were very welcoming and helped answer a few initial questions/requests. After talking with a few of the employees it sounds like there is new management and they are very interested in what they can do to improve your experience. Stop in for a try - I don't think you'll be disappointed. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

They advertise a certain amoun...

They advertise a certain amount for a pedicure and when you go to the counter to pay it's completely a different amount. They add on for everything they do without telling you first. The pedicures are done poorly all they do is soak your feet. I also noticed they did not take out a sanitized bag of the tools used like everywhere else I go. I can do a better job myself and save the $50 dollars they charged me. Only went there because they were close to my house. Will never go back.

My friend, god daughter and I ...

My friend, god daughter and I all got our nails done yesterday at this location. We all got different services; manicures, pedicures, and gel acrylics. We were all very unhappy on the outcome of everything. The most concerning part of the whole thing was my friend's gel acrylics. So I go back the very next day and explained to them that her nails were full of bubbles, cracking, splitting, lifting, they were crooked and way too short. I explained to them that I wanted a refund and that we were not coming back. They refused. What made me even more mad, was that 2 employees agreed with the fact that the nails were done poorly. I explained that I had no time to sit and wait for this to happen. I wanted them to be aware of the poor quality service and wanted a refund, the manager was not there and still refused the refund. I called them later in the day, and once again asked the owner's or managers name; the woman on the phone relied that she does not know the name, has never met him, and does not know when he will be in again. So I begin to explain to her that she has 1 week to get the name of the manager or owner. She would not respond except the fact that she does not know who or what his name is. NEVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS! They may be nice to your face, but does a terrible job on your nails!
