Seriously....if you need a pool guy...you found him. Due to being jacked around by a previous pool service, my saltwater pool was a black pond of sludge complete with an ecosystem of algae and water bugs...possibly a snake or my own Nessie. Jay could have upsold me into draining and cleaning, but he didn't because he is an honest businessman. In short time and a price point well below the big pool services, my pool is beautiful, blue, and waiting for summer. Not only that but he operated autonomously, but was always willing to teach me. What most call "above and beyond" Jay calls business as usual. I wish more businesses took Jay's approach to customer service. He is the only pool service I will ever use.
