Pros: Staff is friendly and professional. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Mike, the manager, is very accommodating and works with you if there is a scheduling conflict. Had several massages by different staff and all were good except one (see cons below). However, Brad is THE BEST! No pain with him, very relaxing, therapeutic, perfect pressure, attentive to problem areas, friendly, greets you and walks you out at the end, He is absolutely amazing and a class act.

Cons: Difficult to book if you have to work around a regular work schedule. And I DID NOT care for the massage by Ivan. He couldn’t care less, didn’t talk to me at all at the beginning or end, was not attentive, was rough, and he just massaged with forearm and listened to earbuds the whole time. Bone on bone was painful. Almost didn’t come back after that one.

I am NOT impressed! I was excited about going there. I had received a gift card as a birthday gift! I've had many massages before but this was my 1st time to massage envy! 1st I was given someone other than whom I had originally been scheduled with! Then the masseuse used mostly his elbows and grinded them into my buttocks and thighs! Grinded on my rib bones & others! I said "OUCH!" several times! I kept thinking someone's going to jump out hollering "SMILE! Your on candid camera!"
I left with a Charlie horse in my ribs & thinking I should have won a t-shirt that says, "I survived Massage Envy!"

Love the therapists at both clinics Rogers and Fayetteville. Truly believe the best place to get a massage or facial and best value as well. Anyone can affort a massage program with these rates !

Fantastic! I love Massage Envy - the staff is fantastic (love Tandee!) and the massages are second to none. I'll always come here for my massage. They're truly great.
