Inland Services is an absolute joke!

Actually this company, their employees & managers are ALL SLACKERS. Today for about the 5th time they refused to pick my garbage up.....why????? Because a car was too close to the can....UMMM I call B--- ---T!!! I called and asked exactly how many feet away must the car be from the can to which he replied 6 feet. Just eyeballing the length I could see it was much more than 6 feet, so I got a tape measure & lo & behold the vehicle was 14 feet from the can! I called & was told they would not return to pick up my garbage until next week. I have been through this again & again with them. Chances are they wont pick up next week either because my can will be too full. They also pick & choose when they "FEEL" like picking up the monthly bulk. Mine is the 1st Tuesday of each month......today is the 4th Tuesday & my sofa my neighbors sofa & mattresses are still sitting curbside.... These MORONS are holding all of us hostage & can do whatever they damn well please because they have a "CONTRACT" with the city. This is going to continue unless the Mayor & others in the city that can do something about it get their heads out of their yahoos & get it done.

Have their service in Rogers, AR. One week, their trucks dumped hydraulic fluid all through the neighborhood. Someone even called the fire department fearing a chemical spill.

Had several large cardboard boxes that would not fit in containers. Flattened them and placed them under my container. They refuse to pick them up. They claim to be in the trash/recycle business, but don't want to take bulk recycling.

Local customer service has been terrible every time I call.

This company is a health hazard. After 3-1/2 weeks I have no trash can and I'm told I might have to wait another 4 days. Meanwhile I'm told to put my garbage at the curb for the crows and other wild animals to tear apart. And they didn't pick up the bags at the curb yesterday, so I had to call them back. 3rd world service.

Dissatisfied.....

About three weeks ago I moved in to my rental house. the water company gave me their number so I could get trash barrels... I have called several times and left my name and number and reason why I was calling...with no avail. I'm really getting angry. I also called the "project manager" with no success. I only rated it one star bc otherwise I couldn't comment...

I agree, their service is terrible. I spend time each week picking up trash from my yard or the street in front due to their collection practices. When I call, nothing is done.

I had my home on the market in...

I had my home on the market in Rogers and had already moved to another state with the trash and water disconnected at the property. I was about to be fined over a piece of furniture that I had left at the curb. The people at Inland empathized with me and sent someone to the property to get the piece of furniture. I don't know what I would've done without them. Excellent service.

Inland Horrible Service

They are awful to deal with. Their trash men are lazy and don't take pride in their work. I have had them for almost a year and they have not picked up my trash and recycling 10 times. I have called and complained and they have done nothing. Their customer service is terrible. Anyone who uses this company is throwing money away. If zero stars was an option, I would choose it.
