I needed a couple pairs of pants hemmed, and didnt know where to go. I looked on this website, and read the previous review. It seemed like a reputable place to go.I called Irene to set up an appointment. I was supposed to be there at 9:30am on a Thursday morning. I arrived on time and rang the door belland rang the door belland knocked on the door.and knocked on the door. I finally tried to call her phone number, thinking perhaps that she had not heard the bell. I called her phone number twice, with no answer. I knocked on the door and rang on the bell one more time. After more than 10 minutes of waiting at her front door, I finally decided to just leave. I was very disappointed in Irenes professionalism. I made a special trip out to her home, and didnt even get my pants hemmed. I would recommend not wasting your time with Irenes Alterations.

Irene did a great job with a last minute alteration I needed done on a bride's maid dress. She is reliable, professional & finished what I needed done & it looked great. She works out of her home which has a separate fitting & sewing room- a very comfortable & personable environment. Her prices are great. Dave's bridal wanted to charge me twice as much. Skip David's and go to Irene's.
