Noticed my water heater was leaking and called North Ohio Sewer & Drain from after a bit of google searching. Michael answered the phone and got me scheduled for the same week. Came out gave me a fair bid and then replaced it same day. Will definitely use Mike again.

This guy is the man to call when you just get home from a lecture, have to make dinner for the kids and by some twist of fate while doing dishes the disposal malfunctions and your whole sink refuses to drain and you need someone ASAP! Fit me into his busy schedule fixed the problem promptly and told me what he was doing before doing it. All In all a great experience.

The service was as expected!!! Mike double and triple checked everything making sure it was correct and that the drain was unclogged. Will definitely be using him again in the future!!!
