This company installed a $5,50...

This company installed a $5,500 system four years ago with 20 year warranty, maintenance free, self-cleaning filters, no further filter additions for 15 years. It's now clogged, and this company wants between $300 and $2,000 to repair it. Once I asked this fellow why I would pay for this system when it fails after 4 years, he wouldn't return my calls. Frustrating. What's my recourse? Write this, and use another plumber.
