The first review I believe was Fake - you get fast - personal and professional advice I brought my computer to best buy and they broke it cost me 700.00 in parts - went to staples and they were terrible - jason fixed my computer in 1 week - it wan faster and better then brand new - as a customer for years p please do not take your computer anywhere else -he could have told me anything for a few dollars the computer was better then new

I really loved the staff at this place. I had gotten a machine built with another shop in the area and was fed up with them after having trouble with it more than once within a few weeks. I brought to these guys and they were quick and more than helpful. Turns out the other place had put some bad hardware (another story) in the "new" machine and it malfunctioned. The people at etopia helped me get fixed and they really worked with me on the price. I couldn't be happier with the overall service and super friendly people at the place. Will be recommending!

Poor customer service, very bad packing, and just down right rude.
