Provided by YP.comseveral years ago my family bought a free standing gas log set from Daughtridge. It is time to replace it and I have called several times and stopped by twice. I have asked them to get me a price of the unit without the wooden hearth surrounding it because we do not have enough room. The heater just slides in anyways. I am yet to get a call back. They could at least call to say they cannot help. What happened to personal customer service. I could have gotten the same from Walmart or Lowes. I was just trying to support a small local business.
