I used to use his company until one of his employees told me the real deal. His employees hate him. He is a jerk. He rips people off. If he knows that the customer doesn't know a lot about pools ... he would tell his employee to raise the price. His employee said he would tick off all the customers and never deal with it. He made his employees deal with it. Plus, he never paid overtime.

want ulcers??? deal w/ this jerk! he's a 'full-time' fireman in rocky mount and runs his pool/spa biz on the side. what a hot-head. so much for the customer always being right -- with him, he'll jump your a-- quick if you question him on anything. want to deal w/ pros in this town, go to the store out by nash community college. they are real professionals and treat customers the way that they should. stay far away from this lunatic!!!

They are extremely overpriced and the owner is a jerk. I would recommend anybody else over this company. The owner will not call you back unless he wants $. If there is ever a problem..he is conveniently "unavailable."
