I have been to this restaurant and have received for the most part decent service. My most recent experience was horrible and happened to be the day that the manager was there. There was a roach crawling on my table and the only thing he said was "sorry about that". We were asked if we wanted melted cheese with our chips as if it was complimentary but was charged $2.49 for it. When my coworker and i expressed our concerns once again he only said sorry. He didn't try to find a way to rectify the situation. It will be along time before I eat at that Chico's again.
